Digital Products:

All digital products available on our website are non-refundable. Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Apparel:

We accept returns for apparel items only.

To be eligible for a return, apparel items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should also be in the same condition as received.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping costs for returning apparel items will be the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer direct exchanges for apparel items.

Instead, we issue store credits for returned items. You can use these store credits to place a new order for the desired item(s).
Refusal of Returns:

The Legendary Queens reserves the right to refuse returns at its own discretion, as permitted by article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights.
